About STEHOA

The Sunrise Territory Estates is a Fairfield HOA located in the Catalina Mountain foothills just South of E. Territory Drive, nestled near the center of Sunrise, River, Craycroft, and Kolb. There are 114 lots, including 70 ~.25 acre Fairfield designed townhomes (lots 89-158), 29 ~1 acre Fairfield designed homes (lots 158-187), and 15 1+ acre custom designed home sites (lots 199-213).
