institutions.\u00a0<\/strong> If you need to contact or send forms to the HOA Treasurer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Homeowners.\u00a0<\/strong> If you are selling your home and need information to complete the\u00a0forms\u00a0required by\u00a0your real estate agent, please contact the HOA Treasurer.\u00a0 The Treasurer can provide you the information you\u2019ll need to complete the HOA questions on these\u00a0forms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Re-fi\u2019s.\u00a0<\/strong> Homeowners who may be re-financing their homes can direct their financial institutions to contact the HOA to\u00a0request\u00a0any HOA information these institutions\u00a0may require.\u00a0 The Treasurer can provide you or your financial institution a current dues statement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can contact or send forms to the HOA Treasurer via email at <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"mailto:Treasurer@stehoa.org\">Treasurer@stehoa.org<\/a><\/span> or regular\u00a0mail at the postal address above, or simply fill out the online form below.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Overnight Mail. <\/strong><\/em>The HOA does not have regular facilities to accept overnight-type mail such as FedEx, UPS,\u00a0\u00a0Priority Mail, etc.\u00a0 If you need to overnight something to the HOA, please contact the HOA Treasurer\u00a0beforehand to make special arrangements for the delivery.<\/p>\n<hr
